Laurence Unwin, ECO Managing Director

Laurence has a vision to makes things better, for organisations, for the environment and for all those who accommodate it. He oversees Brookvex ECO's strategic objectives and day to day business management including bringing in new partners and prospects; expanding and building on existing products and services; and developing the skills and capabilities of the organisation to reach its potential. Laurence's long term goal is to build a secure future for all of Brookvex ECO stakeholders and to develop Brookvex ECO into the leading provider of eco energy saving and renewable energy solutions in the UK and beyond. Laurence is a passionate advocate of Brookvex ECO's culture of excellence and says that he could not work for a company that he did not believe in.

Geoff Ayshford, ECO Engineering Director

Brookvex ECO's Engineering Director, Geoff Ayshford, has been with the company since conception, with a keen eye for great technology Geoff consistently ensures that we say a head of the competition by ensuring we provide the most effective solutions. Geoff's chief priority is ensuring that Brookvex ECO delivers a competitive, professional and high quality service at all times to its customers. Geoff is a stickler for high standards and is always looking for ways to improve the business. His favourite part of the job is exceeding customers' expectations.

Tanya Estrella, ECO Marketing Director

Having worked as a contractor in 2005 Tanya officially joined Brookvex ECO as Marketing Director to all parts of the Group at the start of 2010. An enthusiastic and commercially focused individual Tanya has been tasked with the re-launch of the organisation in to four primary parts to enable a more focused and targeted route to market enabling Brookvex ECO to better serve the Brookvex Group customer.

As a committed, loyal individual Tanya's ambition is to be an integral part in the success of Brookvex. She sees Brookvex as a company that is equally dynamic and ambitious. With a proven track record in adding significant value in terms of building the underlying foundations of a company, its future strategy and increasing company revenues. Tanya hopes to further expand Brookvex ECO's footprint in the market place.

As a black belt 2nd Dan in Taekwondo and having won both UK and European championships in her youth Tanya revels in the challenge of getting Brookvex the recognition and industry position it has worked hard to deserve. Tanya enjoys the interaction with different people and delivering innovative marketing solutions alongside the variety of her role as the most enjoyable parts of the job.

John Tarbet, ECO Business Development Manager

John has worked with Brookvex ECO since day one. As Business Development Manager, he is responsible for growing the business and its client base. In addition, he provides expert advice to clients and one of his favourite aspects of the job is establishing new relationships and partnerships with clients.Maintaining Brookvex ECO's excellent level of customer service is also absolutely essential to John. Customers are guaranteed to receive a level of service over and above their expectations with first class account management and honest, transparent and clear advice given at all times. John's professional and determined nature ensures that jobs are always done on time to the highest standard. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, snow boarding and wine (hopefully not all at the same time!). He dislikes bad manners and traffic jams.

Darren Selman, Head of Compliance, Environmental & Energy Systems

Darren has a passion for ensuring that as an organisation we always practise what we preach; he was a guiding force in the achievement of our ISO 14001 certification and as a pioneer in Energy Management he developed and implemented systems to enable Brookvex ECO to become one of the first companies in the UK to be certificated to BS EN 16001, the new European Standard for Energy Management. Darren plays an essential role in the organisation in ensuring that a framework is in place to deliver a consistently high standard of delivery. Darren is responsible for the watertight systems and processes which protect staff and the environment, while staying compliant with Health and Safety and Environmental Law, and producing a finished product or service for our clients which meets (or exceeds) their expectations. He describes himself as pragmatic and dogmatic. No stone is left unturned on Darren's patch. Darren has an armful of qualifications which assist him in his day to day role.

Seth Clark - Eco Electrical Manager

Seth joined Brookvex in 2008 in the post of ECO Electrical Manager. Seth is responsible for ensuring that all projects are designed, constructed and installed within the company's strict ECO guidelines. His commitment means that work is always delivered to the highest standard. Seth works on a range of clients including Tubelines LTD, TFL, Metronet, Semantic and the Royal Navy.
